How to order custom T-shirts on this site

Read the Design Price Chart and the Production and Return Policy on this page for understanding.
Complete the Custom T-shirt Design Request Form in the gold box below or text 704-870-7064 to initiate communication regarding your design.
You will be contacted to confirm your design and your order price, at which time you will be sent an invoice or link for payment.
Once payment is received, CreativConcepts will begin production on your order.
Allow up to 14 business days for production. You will be notified via email or text when your design is ready for shipment or pickup.

Production and Return Policy

All CreativConcepts Craft Studio products are made-to-order just for you, therefore refunds cannot be provided. We will remake or exchange an item in the following circumstances:

It is defective
There is an error in craftsmanship
It was damaged due to improper packaging during shipping

CreativConcepts Craft Studio cannot remake or exchange items damaged due to not following the provided care instructions, ordering the wrong size, or spelling/design errors on the part of the customer.

If you believe your product falls under one of the above reasons and you wish to remake or exchange your product, contact [email protected] within:

14 days of receipt
30 days of receipt if purchased during November or December

Please allow up to 14 business days from the time of order for your product to be delivered unless otherwise agreed upon. For orders of over 40 products, please allow up to 21 days. CreativConcepts Craft Studio is not responsible for customer delays in communication or failure to finalize or pay for a design, which could hold up production and delivery.

Local orders may be picked up by appointment only to avoid shipping costs. You must select Pickup at checkout.

All return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless CreativConcepts Craft Studio was at fault for any reason.

Note: CreativConcepts reserves the right to refuse designs that are deemed by the owner to be inappropriate or offensive.
